We are so excited to share that the long-awaited Journey book four curriculum, Identity, arrives July 1! Available for your use this fall, the new Bible study and leader guide will help students understand their identities in Christ.

The Journey Identity Student Bible Study will walk students through the Bible while helping them understand their identity in Christ. The Identity Bible Study is version less.
In the new Journey Identity Leader Guide, you’ll find the large group guide, small group guide and a parent guide, all in one book! The Identity Leader Guide is version less.
In your Journey Identity Leader Guide, you’ll find a link to the following online resources: lesson videos for leaders, teaching slides, parent PDF (print, email, copy), small group leader PDF (print, email, copy). The webpage goes live on July 1!

Journey Updates – Effective July 1, 2025

The new leader books for Identity, Witnesses, Disciples and Advocates will include the Discussion Guide content. Therefore, we will discontinue the current Discussion Guides effective July 1.
The new leader guides come with access to a Journey landing page where you’ll find: lesson videos for leaders, teaching slides, parent PDFs (print, email, copy) and small group leader PDFs (print, email, copy).
We will release version less Advocates and Disciples Student Bible Studies and Leader Guides on July 1.
Current versioned copies will remain on the Awana shop “while supplies last” and will be for sale until they run out.
Witnesses is already version less. The new Identity studies are version less as well.

You can access this new landing page via the URL that will be printed in the Leader Guides for Identity, Witnesses and version less Advocates and Disciples.
The new Witnesses Bible Study will be spiral bound to match the other Journey content.
