Journey Books Overview
What’s Journey About?
How does a student navigate in times like these? There are so many pressure points that impact living for Christ in a culture that doesn’t seem to care about that. Journey has several themes (or threads) to answer these questions. We hope you explore them all.
The idea of students as disciples of Jesus is not just something we discuss; it’s what we expect! Ministry practices like worship, learning from God’s Word, fellowship with other believers, service for Christ to those inside and outside your church, and outreach to those who do not yet know Jesus as Savior are all emphasized in Journey.
The four Journey books are not meant to be just mental exercises, but an experience of showing and growing in what we know. So, we have Bible study, the sharing of stories, group fellowship prompts, and even Scripture memory built into the process of Bible engagement. We think the Bible will change your life.
How we view ourselves impacts how we think, make decisions, grow, live, and function. Input from God can be found in His Word, so the four Journey studies focus there.
We believe that students can create an environment of community belonging where others from different backgrounds, and situations, can learn together with us to follow Jesus.
